I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

I can't access my course. What do I do?
Most course access issues are tied to login. Try resetting your password first. If that doesn't work, send us a message and we'll get you sorted within one business day.
What's your refund policy?

Do you offer continuing education credits?
Yes. CE credits are included with most of our trainings. Specific CE counts are listed on each program page. We're EMDRIA-approved for our EMDR programming.
