THIS ISN'T ANOTHER BUSINESS COURSE

A business framework built on your values.

This workshop is where that changes.

You are good at the clinical work. You have invested years and tens of thousands of dollars becoming someone clients trust with the hardest parts of their lives.

If you are an clinical consultant, your hourly rate probably has not moved in years even as your expertise has deepened. If you are in private practice, you are technically full but financially fragile. If you are still in agency work, you are wondering if there is a better way to make the leap.

Maybe you are running a private practice that is technically full but financially fragile… getting stuck on the part where you have to call yourself a business owner.
None of this is a personal failure. It is a training gap. Graduate school did not teach you how to price your services, design your offers, or build the structure that holds your clinical care without consuming you.
The TTI difference

Why This Workshop Is Different

Your Nervous System Is Running Your Business. Most People Just Do Not Know It.
The reason you undercharge is not a math problem. It is a nervous system pattern. A threat response dressed up as humility, or a scarcity loop that discipline alone will not fix. The reason you cannot say no to the wrong clients, or build systems that hold without you, has nothing to do with laziness. That is blocking paradigms doing their job.
This workshop is built on the same nervous system, values-led framework Rebecca used to grow TTI from a side project into one of the leading continuing education companies in trauma therapy. It is taught in the language clinicians think in, and it does not skip over the hard parts.
The goal is not a six-figure promise. It is a practice you actually want to run, five years from now.
WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

There's Something Bigger at Stake Than Your Income

A Functioning Independent Practice Is a Form of Field Stewardship.
Every therapist who builds a practice that actually keeps more clients in relationship with an autonomous, values-driven clinician. You cannot advocate for this field if you are burned out or bought out.
THE FRAMEWORK

What We'll Work Through Together

Six Sections. A Written Plan. Real Application.
Each section includes teaching, reflection, and time to apply what you are learning to your actual practice. You will not leave with a notebook full of ideas. You will leave with a written plan.
Part 01

Your Why

The neuroscience of meaning and why your purpose functions as a nervous system anchor, not a motivational poster. You will write your own purpose statement before we move on.
Part 02

The Field and the Threat

Why the mental health field is producing more clinicians into an increasingly hostile ecosystem. What private equity consolidation actually means for independent practice. Why building a practice that holds is a clinical and ethical responsibility.
Part 03

Blocking Paradigms

The mental programs running underneath your business decisions. We will name the specific beliefs keeping you invisible, undersized, and underpaid, and look at what actually shifts them. Insight alone does not do it.

Part 04

The Four Pillars

What a functioning practice actually requires: clinical integrity, relational clarity, business structure, and personal sustainability. An honest self-assessment of where you stand right now.

Part 05

Your Minimum Viable Practice

The four things every functioning practice needs: a clear niche, a clear offer, a clear pathway, and a repeatable system. We will work through each one for your specific context.
Part 06

Your 90-Day Pilot

Not a five-year plan. One offer to pilot. One system to build. One visibility action. One boundary to hold. Goals small enough to actually do. Momentum is the point.
RESULTS YOU CAN EXPECT

What You'll Walk Away With

Tangible Outputs. Not Just Insights.

Your own written purpose statement

A specific niche, offer, and signature pathway you can speak to in one sentence
A 90-day pilot plan with one offer, one system, and one visibility action
A different way of holding your role in this field
A pricing structure built on your values and your math, not on comparison or fear
A clear understanding of which beliefs and patterns are still running your business

A practice rhythm that protects your nervous system, your relationships, and your standards

THE RIGHT FIT

Is This Workshop For You?

This workshop is built for clinicians who are good at the work and ready to build something that lasts.

It is, if:

You are a therapist or consultant in independent practice, or building toward one

You have been told you are good at the work, but cannot figure out the business side

You undercharge and overgive, and you are tired of pretending it is sustainable
You want a practice that is profitable, ethical, and yours — not someone else's template
You are willing to write things down, do the work between sessions, and engage as part of a small group
You want a different relationship with money, time, and your own labor

It is not, if:

You are looking for a six-figure-in-90-days promise
You are looking for a business coach to fix your relationship to money in a single workshop
You want to be told what your niche is, instead of clarifying it yourself

Stop Treating the Business Side as Someone Else's Problem.

You went into this work to help people. You did not go in to figure out the business side alone, undercharge until burnout, and watch the field consolidate around you. This is where the rebuild starts four hours, one framework, a 90-day pilot you can actually execute.
