You're Good at the Clinical Work.
THIS ISN'T ANOTHER BUSINESS COURSE
A business framework built on your values.
This workshop is where that changes.
You are good at the clinical work. You have invested years and tens of thousands of dollars becoming someone clients trust with the hardest parts of their lives.
If you are an clinical consultant, your hourly rate probably has not moved in years even as your expertise has deepened. If you are in private practice, you are technically full but financially fragile. If you are still in agency work, you are wondering if there is a better way to make the leap.
Why This Workshop Is Different
There's Something Bigger at Stake Than Your Income
What We'll Work Through Together
Your Why
The Field and the Threat
Blocking Paradigms
The mental programs running underneath your business decisions. We will name the specific beliefs keeping you invisible, undersized, and underpaid, and look at what actually shifts them. Insight alone does not do it.
The Four Pillars
What a functioning practice actually requires: clinical integrity, relational clarity, business structure, and personal sustainability. An honest self-assessment of where you stand right now.
Your Minimum Viable Practice
Your 90-Day Pilot
What You'll Walk Away With
Your own written purpose statement
A practice rhythm that protects your nervous system, your relationships, and your standards

About Your Trainer
Rebecca Kase
Rebecca Kase, LCSW is the founder and CEO of the Trauma Therapist Institute. She built TTI from a side hustle into one of the leading continuing education companies in the trauma therapy field, training thousands of clinicians worldwide in EMDR, polyvagal, somatic, and trauma-informed care.
She is the author of multiple books on polyvagal theory and EMDR, an EMDRIA-approved trainer and consultant, and a recognized voice on ethical leadership in the mental health field. She is known for naming what most of the industry will not: the burnout, the financial precarity, the consolidation pressure, and the training gaps that leave excellent clinicians running businesses that quietly run them.
Rebecca teaches business the way she teaches clinical work. Grounded in nervous system science, structured around values, and built for clinicians who want to do this work for the long haul.

Stop Treating the Business Side as Someone Else's Problem.
You went into this work to help people. You did not go in to figure out the business side alone, undercharge until burnout, and watch the field consolidate around you. This is where the rebuild starts four hours, one framework, a 90-day pilot you can actually execute.
