She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Minneapolis and her Master's in Human Resources Management in Chicago, IL. From there she lived in SoCal and North Carolina before selling her home, buying a truck and camper, and traveling around the US. After 12 years working as a recruiter for various Fortune 100 companies and several start ups she made the shift into Marketing full-time. When she is not reading she is likely working on her podcast aimed at helping others throughout their career journeys. Stephanie joined the Kase & CO team in 2023. Her passion is to share her knowledge with others to help them in their lives.

When she’s not working on marketing strategies, you can find her diving into a good book or leveling up her characters in DND and video games. Crystal Wildes is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She has over fifteen years of experience working, training, and providing supervision/consultation in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, community mental health, outpatient clinics, non-profit organizations, and private practice. She has worked with individuals and families of all ages, including adjudicated youth, at-risk teens, families involved with social services, and victims of crime. Crystal has specialty areas of trauma recovery, including having been trained in EMDR in 2012, which forever changed her clinical work. She prides herself in being authentic and genuine in her approach to facilitate the learning experience.

Mads is our Program Coordinator and is based in Philadelphia, on the traditional lands of the Lenape people. They come from a background in dance and wellness, holding a BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts and having studied Performance Studies at McGill University in Montreal. 
In addition to their creative work, Mads is a skilled writer and administrator who enjoys supporting organizations focused on wellness and education. They love contributing their strengths to TTI’s meaningful work in the mental health field! Outside of work, you can find Mads watching gymnastics, playing board games, teaching themselves guitar, or carefully crafting a playlist!

Dr. Alyssa A. Sceppaguercio, PhD, LMHC-D, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, EMDR Certified Therapist, and Consultant-in-Training with over a decade of experience across private practice, higher education, and psychiatric rehabilitation. She holds a PhD in Mental Health Counseling and specializes in trauma, dissociation, and the intersection of identity in clinical care.

Her consultation style is relational, trauma-informed, and identity-conscious—balancing structure with flexibility. Trainees can expect collaborative sessions that center safety, curiosity, and depth of understanding. She integrates case conceptualization, protocol fidelity, and ethics while making space for lived experience and cultural context.

Dr. Sceppaguercio is passionate about supporting clinicians in finding their voice, deepening their EMDR practice, and cultivating confidence in complex trauma work. She particularly enjoys guiding conversations on dissociation, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and working with athlete populations.

Outside of clinical work, she finds inspiration in travel and the lessons it brings—like the wisdom she once received in Italy: “Un passo alla volta.” One step at a time.

I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC) based in New York, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Iona University. My career began in the public sector, where I gained invaluable experience working in psychiatric hospitals and intensive outpatient programs with both teens and adults. My passion for trauma-based therapy was ignited through my work with criminal offenders and men who have faced a lifetime of trauma.

I am currently the owner of NY Mindful Living Counseling & Consulting, LLC and am certified in EMDR under the mentorship of Dr. Karen Alter-Reid. Through advanced training in intergenerational trauma healing, I have incorporated her insights into my practice, making it a focal point of my work today. My areas of expertise include intergenerational trauma, addiction, relational dynamics, and complex trauma.

My training approach is integrative, blending psychodynamic and person-centered methods. I prioritize a collaborative style, fostering an environment where trainees can openly exchange ideas and insights. Together, we focus on lifelong learning, enhancing our skills to support our clients effectively.

Amy is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience in in private practice and more than four years of experience practicing EMDR, specializing in complex trauma and working with neurodivergent clients. Her clinical background spans child welfare, community mental health, emergency services, integrated care, and clinical education—giving her a rich, well-rounded perspective on healing and resilience.

Amy brings curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for lived experience into the therapy room. She believes in showing up as her full, authentic self and encourages her clients to do the same. When she's not holding space for healing, you'll likely find her rock climbing, surfing, watching the Great British Bake Off, or spending time with her husband and their adorable Doodle.

Annette Brown an expert trauma therapist who believes that people are hard wired for growth and healing. Annette is committed to helping clients build a relationship of trust within self and reclaim inner peace and freedom from a polyvagal and attachment lens. She is the owner of Sovereignty Counseling Services a group practice in Northern Colorado. Annette has extensive experience with children and teens as well as adults. Her areas of specialty include children and teens, religious and other systemic trauma, complex trauma and dissociation. Annette has a passion for mentorship and supporting shame free learning environments to promote personal and professional growth. 

My name is Beth Reynolds (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado and Michigan. My story started in rural Northern Michigan where I faced my own challenges with family mental health and addiction. This led me to the work of providing access to quality mental health care, advocating for social justice, and specializing in complex trauma and addiction.

My approach with participants of therapy and consultees is personable and human-centered by bringing my own authenticity and creating a safe space for vulnerability, learning, and fun! I see the brilliance of dissociation, the nervous system, and interpersonal neurobiology and am experienced in working with and educating about these parts of the human experience. With eight years of experience, I have learned to (inter)weave mindfulness, somatics, EMDR, parts work, and psychodynamic talk therapy into a genuine therapeutic relationship.

My background includes working in, in-home social work, outpatient/court ordered addiction treatment, community mental health, and private practice. I work with children, teens, and adults. Brandi is a licensed clinical social worker who owns Insight Healing and Wellness, a holistic private practice, where she works with individuals, couples, and groups in both Michigan and California. She specializes in trauma therapy, training new clinicians, and curating wellness events.

Brenda is a licensed clinical social worker, serving clients in both Colorado and North Carolina. As an EMDR Certified Therapist and a Consultant in Training, she is dedicated to nurturing the well-being of those who seek her help through her practice, Gray Space Counseling. Brenda's extensive experience spans various environments, including community mental health, jail-based behavioral health, and private practice, allowing her to connect with a wonderfully diverse range of individuals navigating painful relational injuries.

Its so nice to meet you! My name is Brittany Coppelli, LPC and registered clinical supervisor. I own and operate a group practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. I opened my practice in 2021 with a desire to create an environment where clients can feel safe and supported throughout their healing journeys while working collaboratively with therapists who are actually trauma-informed and trained.
After working in the mental health space for years, I saw that there is still such a lack of understanding in much of the mental health community of how trauma impacts our mind, body and overall wellness. I wanted to further my training to specialize in trauma therapy, while empowering other passionate therapists on their journey to support healing in others.
I’ve been trained in EMDR therapy since 2018, and am now an EMDRIA certified therapist and EMDRIA consultant-in-training. I have also trained with Somatic Experiencing International, in Internal Family Systems therapy, am certified in CBT for anxiety and OCD, and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Post-Partum International. I also specialize in working with childhood trauma from narcissistic parents and working with partners of those struggling with addiction and in recovery from substance abuse.

Bronwyn Shroyer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kase & CO Faculty, and Co-Founder of OCD Training School. Her clinical practice focuses on treating those with OCD, OCD+PTSD, and/or infidelity trauma.

Bronwyn is one of the first Inference-based CBT trainers in the world and is trained by I-CBT Co-founder, Dr. Frederick Aardema. In her work with OCD Training School, Bronwyn provides training on OCD and PTSD, in addition to cultivating a training library for OCD and related disorders with both live and on demand courses for clinicians from specialists in the field. In partnership with Dr. Frederick Aardema, she and her OCD Training School co-founders created the world’s first Self Help Course for using I-CBT with OCD.

Bronwyn uses evidence-based treatments such as Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and ego-states work in her practice. Bronwyn is an EMDR Approved Consultant and EMDR Certified Therapist. She also provides I-CBT consultation as well as consultation specific to working with comorbid OCD+PTSD symptom presentations.

I'm Chantell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Certified Therapist with a background in community mental health and private practice. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults from various cultural backgrounds, as well as individuals facing challenges such as homelessness and those within the forensic population.

In my EMDR practice, I address various issues, including traumatic incidents, sexual trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and relationship distress. I integrate body-centered psychotherapies and attachment theory, utilizing resources to gently build awareness, relieve hyperarousal in the nervous system, and enhance feelings of safety within the body.

Chris works to promote social justice by utilizing an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, decolonial, and intersectional approach within their therapeutic work. To promote transparency and share how they navigate the world, Chris is a Latiné, biracial, queer, nonbinary/agender, neurodivergent, fat/larger-bodied person. Chris continues to further their learning and understanding within therapy by centering disabled, queer, transgender, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). Chris also works to promote equity and inclusion alongside leadership at BPOQe through the supervision and consultation services provided. Christine Klem is a licensed clinical social worker based in Lakewood, Colorado. Christine owns a telehealth-only private practice and EMDR consultation business, New Roots Therapy LLC. Christine has worked with diverse populations and ages in New York City and Colorado within private and group practices, outpatient facilities, community mental health programs, schools, career readiness and GED programs, and behavioral health hospitals. Currently, Christine works with adults navigating complex PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss, and the perinatal period. I have been in the field since 2012, working with mostly adolescents and adults in crisis, and individual therapy. My specialty is trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of West Virginia and Ohio. I have been working in the field of behavioral health since 1997. For 19 years, my focus was working with troubled and traumatized kids and families in a variety of settings to include residential treatment, treatment foster care, and in home services. in 2016, I expanded my skillset working in outpatient mental health as well as working at a local hospital in their Behavioral Health Unit for crisis stabilization. I was trained by Kase and Co in 2021 in EMDR and later became certified in 2024 through EMDRIA. I have always had a strong passion in clinical consultation and helping others develop their clinical skills. I believe that I can help more people through clinical consultation and enjoy watching clinicians develop their skills and confidence in using those skills. I have recently been interested in seeing how to apply EMDR to sports performance and athlete mental health. .

Elyza is a licensed mental health counselor who has a solo private practice based in Auburn, Massachusetts. With licenses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Florida, Elyza brings over 11 years of experience, drawing on a wealth of knowledge from community mental health, home-based care, and private practice settings.

I’m a trauma therapist and private practice owner specializing in helping adults heal from past wounds so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. I have lived in NY, CA, MI, OH, and now MA since I came to the US. I was born and raised in Taiwan and came to the US for an advanced degree in Counseling. I received my Master’s from Syracuse University in 1996. I went back to Taiwan and primarily worked with adult survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence victims while I was in Taiwan for about six years. I continued my education at Michigan State University and received my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008. I have worked with trauma survivors (such as childhood sexual trauma, combat trauma, or intimate partner violence) in different contexts. 

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private practice in South Pasadena, California, offering EMDR and trauma focused therapies. I specialize in treating traumas that occur around the time of conception and fertility journey, pregnancy, childbirth and perinatal loss, as well as past traumas that resurface during the perinatal period including childhood trauma and attachment wounds, abuse and neglect, sexual trauma and medical trauma. A large part of my practice is devoted to working with women and birthing people to alleviate distress and PTSD symptoms from previous pregnancy and birth related traumas and to help prepare for fertility treatment, labor, delivery and postpartum adjustment. There is so much that happens during the family building years that isn’t talked about openly, and I love creating a therapy space that welcomes all feelings and experiences, no matter what they are.

Jamie White, LPC, RYT-500, TCTSY-F works primarily with people in healthcare professions to increase inspiration, fulfillment and vitality, both in their work and personal lives. Jamie started learning about the impact of trauma on the brain and nervous system in her work with at-risk adolescents and their families at the start of her counseling career in the early 2000’s. Intrigued by the ways yoga and somatic-based techniques improved treatment outcomes, she trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in 2013 and became certified to teach yoga in 2014. She is now a 500 hour certified yoga instructor and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. Currently she practices psychotherapy and facilitates yoga classes in Golden, Colorado.

Jason is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, where he works with individuals, couples, and groups in private practice. He has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health and social services fields. He specializes in treating PTSD, complex trauma, and relational issues, often blending EMDR with IFS/parts work. He also offers individual and group consultation for clinicians seeking EMDR Certification. Additionally, Jason is a law enforcement-embedded clinician, responding to high acuity 911 calls as well as providing consultation and organizational wellness support to law enforcement. He also provides critical incident stress debriefing to both employees and administration of various organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

I trained in EMDR in 2015 through the Humanitarian Assistance Program and have been amazed at the healing power of EMDR ever since, both as a provider AND client! I have trained with Jim Knipe in using EMDR with dissociative clients, Laurel Parnell on attachment-focused EMDR, Sandra Paulson for pre-verbal EMDR, and have advanced training in dissociation. I work primarily with adults and adolescents.

I have a small private practice in St. Paul, MN, and specialize in trauma, anxiety, and perinatal trauma, where I live with my husband, fiery 11 year old son, and 2 ginger cats.

I am Johanna. I was born and raised in Venezuela. I graduated college in my home country with a degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I love languages, teaching and learning about people. Despite that, I used to feel that something was missing career wise. So, I decided to go back to school to become a Mental health therapist. I graduated from Denver University with a degree in Social Work. Shortly after, I became trained in EMDR.

In addition to EMDR, I am trained in IFS (Level 2) and I am a certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults’ survivors of incest, sexual assault, Intimate Partner Violence, abuse and neglect in childhood, and issues related to force migration and race and ethnicity. Right now, all my clients are adults, and some of them are Spanish speaking.

As a consultant, I am curious, collaborative, and structured in my approach. Working with me you can expect to increase your confidence using your EMDR skills, and your knowledge on how to integrate some IFS skills and some somatic skills when doing EMDR. I am known for also making up words sometimes. My brain sometimes gets a bit too creative, which sometimes can bring lots of laughter to our group consultations. Currently, I run EMDR consultation groups in English and Spanish.

Last, I have been learning Portuguese for the past couple of years. It is always humbling to find myself getting lost in a new language, and at the same time finding new words that allow me to express internal states that perhaps I was not aware of. I hope to be able to one day run consultations groups in Portuguese too.

Julie owns a private practice in CA. Julie specializes in utilizing EMDR with integrative somatic approaches. Julie enjoys working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, PTSD and complex trauma. She utilizes EMDR in hourly and extended sessions. Julie is a registered yoga teacher and has additional specialties in polyvagal theory, integrative somatic trauma therapy, structural dissociation, and internal family systems. 

I specialize in assisting minorities between the ages of 21-45 with processing how trauma influences how you show up in relationships. Karen has experience working with adults and adolescents and owns a group private practice in Lincoln, Nebraska. She specializes in treating complex and attachment trauma in adults and maternal mental health. She uses an embodied approach to treating trauma.

Kathryn is a LMFT located in San Diego, CA, who works in a group private practice, the Heart of the Matter Relationship Counseling. As a therapist, Kathryn offers EMDR, ego state work, and somatic and mindfulness tools to help clients to orient towards and experience safety in the present and in relationship. Kathryn works with individuals and couples, where she has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, and human sexuality. In the past, Kathryn worked in community mental health with justice-involved clients mandated to treatment for domestic violence perpetration and drug and alcohol recovery. Kathryn also is a CAMFT-certified supervisor. I supported marginalized youth and their families as an educator for 30 years before pursuing Therapeutic Counselling as the next step of my path. I have been in private practice for 8 years and offering EMDR to clients for over 5. Within my private practice I walk alongside youth and adults on their healing journeys.
I honour the expert in every client and offer them the opportunity to draw from neuroscience, polyvagal theory, IFS, somatic and mindfulness practices, trauma-informed yoga therapy practices and EMDR to pursue healing in ways that are as unique as them. I have supported clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, and disordered eating to develop their own personal pathway to wellness.
In addition to my private practice, I have developed a Finding Balance Program with a group of caring adults in Masaka, Uganda. This program was developed to help orphaned youth living on the streets to gain regulation skills for managing the significant traumas that they have experienced in their lives. Kristy is a Clinical Psychologist living in Dallas, Texas. She is the founder of a private practice where she provides both brief and long-term individual psychotherapy for adults. She is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant in Training.

Liza owns a private practice working with adults located in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She works with adults who experience anxiety and low self-esteem, often as a result of trauma, and may identify as highly sensitive people. Liza works with individuals in hourly sessions as well as extended EMDR sessions. She specializes in working with folks with anxiety, panic, and highly sensitive people. I'm Monica Bergnes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington, DC with over 12 years of experience, specializing in acute and complex trauma and eating disorders.

Wendy Llamas is a licensed clinical social worker in North Orange County, California.She is an EMDR Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant and the owner of Growing Glimmers Child, Family, Trauma Therapy.
