Come Work With Us
At Trauma Therapist Institute™, we’re on a mission to revolutionize trauma training and change lives — for therapists, and for the people they serve.
We don’t just teach theory. We empower growth, community, and confident clinical practice through high-quality, inclusive, and culturally responsive education. If you’re passionate about healing, curious about systems, and committed to doing meaningful work that makes a difference, we want to meet you.
Whether you’re behind the scenes building seamless operations or face-to-face with the therapists we serve, your work here matters. We’re a small but mighty team of smart, funny, passionate humans who believe that integrity, transparency, and heart-led leadership are non-negotiable.

RelationshipsÂ
We build safe, trusting relationships with empathy, honesty, and compassion — with each other and our customers. We do good work and we’re good to each other.
-
AccountabilityÂ
We take responsibility, communicate openly, and hold ourselves and each other accountable — not through blame, but through integrity and care.
-
HumilityÂ
We’re all humans figuring things out. That’s why we lead with curiosity, grace, and a commitment to lifelong learning. No shame, no perfectionism — just progress.
-
EfficiencyÂ
We keep things simple, smooth, and smart. Because when our systems work, we all thrive. We embrace tools, tech, and teamwork to make things better.
Â
You’ll find your people here. The kind who celebrate progress, challenge systems, support one another, and take their work seriously — but not themselves.
