Why are my course videos not loading?
If your course videos aren’t loading, it’s usually related to your browser, internet connection, or device settings.

- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser (Chrome is recommended)
- Disable any VPNs, ad blockers, or browser extensions that may interfere with video playback
- Try accessing the course on a different device
