My Sound Is Not Working on Zoom

If your sound isn’t working, make sure you’ve joined audio by clicking “Join Audio” or “Join with Computer Audio.”

Check that your speakers or headphones are selected by clicking the arrow next to the microphone icon.

You can also test your audio in Zoom settings under “Audio.”

If you’re still having trouble, try:

  • Checking your device volume
  • Restarting Zoom
  • Using a different device or headphones

If issues continue, testing audio outside of Zoom can help determine if it’s a device issue.
