How do I rename myself on Zoom?

To rename yourself on Zoom, you can do this once you’ve joined the meeting.

Click on “Participants” at the bottom of your Zoom screen. Find your name in the participant list, click “More”, then select “Rename.” Enter your preferred name and click “OK.”

If you’re joining from a phone or tablet, tap “Participants,” select your name, and choose “Rename.”

We recommend using your full name so facilitators can easily identify you during training.4
