Are promo codes refundable or retroactive?

No, promo codes, discounts, and sale pricing are not refundable or retroactive.

Promotions are only valid for new registrations made during the active sale period. If you purchase a course before or after a promotion, we are not able to adjust your price or issue a refund to match a discounted rate.
