Test zoom link (Checklist)

TL;DR
Verify that the Zoom link works correctly, matches the correct training session, includes the proper hosts and speakers, and has all required settings enabled before the training goes live.

Checklist

Basic Event Verification

• Confirm the Zoom link opens correctly
• Confirm the training title matches the Monday board/event calendar
• Confirm the correct training date and time are listed
• Confirm timezone is set to Central Time
• Confirm event capacity is set to 500

Speaker & Host Verification

• Confirm the correct trainer is listed as the speaker
• Confirm the speaker is marked as both “Featured” and “Visible”
• Confirm the trainer is added as an Alternate Host
• Confirm Stephanie, Ashley, Mads, and the assigned TA are added as Alternate Hosts

Branding & Event Display

• Confirm the correct event image/graphic is uploaded
• Confirm the lobby image is displaying correctly
• Confirm the “About This Session” section contains a course description

Recording & Meeting Settings

• Confirm Host video is ON
• Confirm Participant video is ON
• Confirm Cloud Recording is enabled
• Confirm Automatic Recording is enabled
• Confirm the event is set as a Meeting (not Webinar)

Kajabi & Internal Communication

• Confirm the Zoom link has been added into the Kajabi course
• Confirm the Zoom link works from inside the Kajabi course
• Confirm the Zoom link was posted in the Monday board comments
• Confirm Marketing/Raquel was tagged after setup completion
