CIT Internship Consultation Hours
TL;DR
Treat like invoicing form for Basic Training (log hours as normal and close ticket).
Full Instructions
This workflow is used when a CIT Internship Consultation Hours form is submitted. These forms are intended to track consultation attendance and hour completion for CIT interns participating in the internship program. Although the process is similar to contractor invoicing workflows, there is no invoicing involved, since CIT interns are still in training and are not paid for these consultation hours.

When a form submission comes in, open the request and review the list of trainees included in the consultation group. You will use this information to update attendance and consultation hour tracking within the EMDR-BT Registrations board.

Next, navigate to the specific cohort's EMDR-BT Registrations board in the Trauma Therapist Institute workspace on Monday.com. From there, search for each trainee individually to locate their registration record.
Once you locate a trainee’s record, add the consultation group information and the date of the consultation session. Include the consultant’s name as part of the tracking entry whenever possible. The exact formatting is flexible, but the important thing is ensuring the information is documented clearly within the trainee’s record. Much like Basic Training data entering, format this subitem as "Group/Ind. - DATE - Consultant Name).
Continue this process for each trainee listed in the form submission until all consultation hours have been logged. Double-check that every participant from the form has been updated before finishing the workflow.
After all consultation hours have been recorded, return to the original request and close out the ticket according to your team’s standard workflow procedures.
Accuracy is important in this workflow because these records are used to track trainee participation and completion progress throughout the internship program. If any trainee names, dates, or consultation details are unclear, pause and verify the information before updating records.
