This workflow is used when a customer requests a custom Certification Package, such as a combination of continuing education credits (CEs), individual consultation hours, or group consultation hours outside of standard offerings. These requests require manual pricing and approval before moving forward.

When a request comes in, open the ticket and review the details carefully to understand exactly what the customer is asking for. This may include the number of CEs, individual consultation hours, group consultation hours, or a mix of all three. Make sure you clearly identify each component before calculating pricing.

Next, calculate the total cost using the standard pricing structure:

$35 per CE
$160 per hour for individual consultation
$75 per hour for group consultation

Multiply each component by its respective rate and add them together to determine the full package cost.

Once you have calculated the total, do not send the quote yet. Instead, loop in Mads for approval on both the pricing and the proposed package details. This step is required before communicating anything to the customer.

After receiving approval, respond to the customer with the finalized pricing and next steps for moving forward. Ensure your message is clear and outlines exactly what is included in the custom package.

If Mads and customer approves built package, proceed with Invoicing before granting any courses or making any consultant connections.
