CE Certificates - Basic Training

TL;DR
When a Basic Training participant requests a CE certificate, use the CE certificate template located in the last page of the Canva document titled “TTI Certificates.” Update the participant’s name and the dates of their Part 1 and Part 2 Intensive trainings end dates, then send the certificate to the customer while clarifying that it is only for Continuing Education credits and not their official Basic Training completion certificate.

Full Instructions

This workflow is used when a Basic Training participant requests a Continuing Education (CE) certificate for their completed intensive training sessions. These certificates are separate from the official Basic Training completion certificate and are intended only to document Continuing Education credits earned through the training. These are usually sent when participants need a verification of partial completion of Basic Training while they are actively ongoing with the program.

When a request comes in, open the ticket and confirm that the participant is requesting a CE certificate specifically related to Basic Training. You may need to verify that they attended both the Part 1 and Part 2 intensive sessions before generating the certificate. This is found within their cohort Monday board.

Next, locate the Canva document titled “TTI Certificates.” The CE certificate template can be found on the last page of this document. Open the template and prepare it for editing.

(Certificate VOID)

Update the certificate by replacing the placeholder information with the participant’s full name and the dates of their Part 1 and Part 2 intensive trainings. Double-check spelling, formatting, and training dates before finalizing the certificate.

Once the certificate is complete, download the updated version and attach it to your response to the customer. In your message, clearly explain that this certificate is only for their Continuing Education credits and is not their official Basic Training completion certificate. Let them know they will receive their official completion certificate once they have fulfilled all program requirements and consultation hours.

After sending the certificate, update or close the ticket according to your team’s standard workflow process.

Accuracy is important in this workflow, especially when entering participant names and training dates. Always verify details before sending the certificate to avoid issuing incorrect documentation.
