Basic Training - Request for Consultation Makeup Group

This workflow is used when a Basic Training participant reaches out to request access to a consultation makeup group, typically after missing a scheduled session.

When a request comes in, open the ticket and confirm that the participant is asking to join a consultation makeup group. Before responding, verify that they are enrolled in Basic Training  and that the request aligns with the context provided (for example, a missed consultation session).

Once confirmed, respond using the canned response titled “BT - Consultation Makeup Group.”
