My Camera Is Not Working on Zoom

If your camera isn’t working, first make sure your video is turned on in Zoom by clicking “Start Video.”

You can also click the arrow next to the camera icon to ensure the correct camera is selected.

If that doesn’t work, check your device settings to make sure Zoom has permission to access your camera, and try restarting Zoom or your device.

If you’re still having trouble, testing your camera in your device settings or another app can help identify the issue.
